½ cup of 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Chia Jam
2 leaves fresh mint chopped
Directions
Start with plain greek yogurt in a parfait cup or bowl.
Layer Chia Jam, then Quinoa Sprinkle, then another layer of Chia Jam and Quinoa Sprinkle
Top with chopped mint
