I started working with Leah years ago. As Leah has pointed out throughout our work, your weight is not everything but it's one data point to consider. Since then, my life has been nothing short of being transformed. I have more energy, I am happier on a regular basis, I have more respect for myself, and my life has never been more exciting. Not to mention, I have lost 12 pounds as of today. She has taught me how to take care of myself on a much more holistic level. She has an approach that does not make you feel guilty when you make mistakes. She starts each session by asking “what's new and good?” At the start of our work, this question frightened me, but now I can answer positively and confidently.
Chia Leah provides a great small group setting for sharing ideas and experiences and collaborating to become more educated and motivated to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Its a fun experience and time well spent on yourself.
