Leah Bostrom is the founder of Chia Leah Clean Eats and a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since launching her business in 2015, Leah has been on a mission to encourage healthy living—one bite at a time—by making nourishing food both accessible and enjoyable. In 2023, she and her dynamic growing team opened the Chia Leah Clean Eats retail storefront in Wilmette, offering a carefully curated grab-and-go market filled with wholesome meals, snacks, and wellness products, while also serving customers through her online store. Her line of gluten-free and vegan snacks and treats is carried by more than 20 local retailers, helping bring better-for-you options to communities throughout the area.
